Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
How refunds work, timelines, non-refundable items, exchanges, gifting, and return shipping rules.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (posting can take time).
- Contact your bank (processing time may apply).
- If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us.

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email info@bhoomihardwares.in and send your item to:

Gifts
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping charges are paid by the customer and may vary by weight and location (minimum Rs. 80).
- If shipping an item over Rs. 75, consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
