Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are based on weight/dimension and delivery location for PAN-INDIA delivery.
- Orders above Rs. 500 have free shipping.
Order Processing
- We dispatch products within 2 days from the date the order is received.
- Orders received before 2:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day (subject to operational feasibility).
- Orders received after 2:00 PM are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
- Minimum 3 days to maximum 10 days for delivery.
- Most customers receive products within 7 days.
Packaging Note
Product images are illustrative; product packaging design may vary based on availability from time to time.
Delivery Attempts
- Deliveries are attempted once.
- After the attempt, delivery cannot be rescheduled or redirected.
Delays & Cancellation
- If we are unable to deliver within your chosen date, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund of charges debited for that order.
- If items are not delivered within the time period specified in the confirmation email, please contact customer service quoting your order reference.
